These sample terms describe the intended use of the IG Divine storefront. Browse responsibly, provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order, and keep your account credentials private.

Products and orders

Product information, availability, and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. Review the size, colour, quantity, delivery details, and total before completing checkout. Product imagery is illustrative and colours may vary by screen.

Payment and confirmation

The template supports card, bank transfer, and pay on delivery where available. A local order confirmation in this demo is not proof of a real payment. Production payment verification and order acceptance must be connected to your commerce service.

Content and acceptable use

The website design, brand assets, and editorial content are provided for the IG Divine experience. Do not misuse the storefront, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with another customer’s use.

Questions and changes

Contact our team through the Help Centre with questions about an order or these terms. Replace this sample text with your approved business terms, including applicable governing law, before publishing.

Privacy policy

What you share

When you use the account and checkout templates, you may provide a name, email address, delivery address, and order information. A careers draft may also include a portfolio link and introduction.

Local template storage

These standalone templates save account, shopping bag, wishlist, order, and form-preview information in your browser’s local storage. Application drafts and newsletter preferences are not sent to a server by these new templates. Use fictional information while reviewing the demo.

Your choices

You can remove saved items, delete your account through the Account page, or clear this site’s browser storage. Clearing browser storage also removes locally saved orders and drafts. This affects only this browser’s copy.

Production data practices

Before launch, document your actual data controller, processing purposes and lawful bases, service providers, retention periods, security measures, international transfers, and how customers exercise their rights. This sample does not establish those operational practices.

Essential storage

The storefront uses local browser storage for the shopping bag, wishlist, account session, and order history. This is browser storage rather than a tracking cookie. Essential preferences allow this template to remember your choices.

Optional preferences

The switches below save your preference locally. These templates do not load analytics or marketing trackers. In production, connect the choices to your consent system before loading optional technologies.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery options

The existing IG Divine templates offer standard delivery, Lagos express delivery, and Lagos store pickup. Standard delivery is ₦3,500 and is free for orders of ₦50,000 or more. Lagos express delivery is ₦6,500. Store pickup is free.

Estimated timing

Lagos express delivery is estimated at 1–2 working days. Standard delivery estimates vary by zone: South-West 3–4, FCT and Central 3–5, South-East and South-South 3–5, and the North 4–6 working days. Pickup is estimated to be ready within 24 hours. Confirm your actual service commitments before launch.

Tracking and assistance

Use the Track Order page with your order number and checkout email. The standalone template reads locally stored orders; live courier events require a connected fulfilment service. If your delivery details need correcting, contact support as soon as possible.

Returns & refunds

The return window

The existing templates describe free returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags and packaging. Final-sale items are excluded. Confirm this policy against your actual operations and customer rights before launch.

Starting a return

Open your Account orders or visit the Help Centre with your order number. A production returns service should confirm eligibility and provide pickup or drop-off instructions.

Refund timing

The storefront’s sample policy estimates refunds to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the return. The final policy should explain inspection, processing, payment-provider timelines, and any applicable exceptions.

These pages use keyboard-accessible controls, labelled forms, visible focus indicators, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences. We aim to make the storefront comfortable to use across devices.
