Account
Why should I create an account?
An account lets you track orders, save a wishlist and store addresses for faster checkout.
How does the wishlist work?
Save any piece to your wishlist and it’ll appear in your account. You can move items to your bag or share the list with someone.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open Details and use the Danger zone to delete your account. This permanently removes your profile, addresses and order history.
Delivery
When is shipping free?
Standard delivery is free on orders of <a href="#shipping">₦50,000 and over</a>. Below that, standard delivery is ₦3,500.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. Express delivery is ₦6,500 and available in Lagos only, with delivery in 1 to 2 working days.
How long does delivery take outside Lagos?
It depends on your zone: South-West is 3 to 4 working days, FCT and Central is 3 to 5, South-East and South-South is 3 to 5, and the North is 4 to 6.
Can I collect from a store?
Yes. Store pickup is free in Lagos and ready within 24 hours. Choose Store pickup at checkout.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, it may already be with our warehouse. <a href="#contact">Message us</a> and we’ll do our best.
How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account and open Orders to see live tracking. You’ll also receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. You can check out as a guest. You’ll still get order updates by email, but you won’t be able to track orders or save a wishlist.
Can I order more than one item at a time?
Yes. Add everything to your bag and check out once. Items may ship separately if they’re held in different locations.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfer and pay on delivery. Pay on delivery is available in Lagos only.
How long is a bank transfer valid?
Your transfer account is valid for 30 minutes. If the payment doesn’t come through in that window, the order is released and you can try again.
Is pay on delivery available everywhere?
Pay on delivery is available in Lagos only. For other states, please pay by card or bank transfer.
Returns
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, free of charge, as long as it’s unworn and has its tags.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the return.
What condition do returns need to be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags and packaging. Final-sale items can’t be returned.
How do I start a return?
Sign in to your account and open Orders, or <a href="#contact">message us</a> with your order number. We’ll email you a prepaid return label for free pickup or drop-off at a partner location.
