How to measure your feet

  1. Stand on paper on a hard floor, wearing your usual socks.
  2. Mark your heel and longest toe; measure between them.
  3. Repeat for the other foot and use the longer result.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and under your arms.

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest point of your torso, just above the navel.

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Most outerwear is available from XS through XXL. If your size is unavailable, join the waitlist on the product page and we'll notify you the moment it returns.

Returns & exchanges

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn piece, free of charge. Exchanges for a different size are also free.

Start your return

Open your account, find the order, and select the items you'd like to return or exchange. A prepaid label will be emailed to you within minutes.

Pack it up

Repack the piece in its original packaging with tags attached. Attach the prepaid label and drop the parcel at any of our courier partners.

Get refunded

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping & delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; anything later goes out the next working day.

Packaging

Every order ships in recycled, plastic-free packaging. Outerwear arrives folded in tissue inside a reusable garment bag.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Track your order any time from your account.

Sizing & fit

Every product page shows the model's height and the size they're wearing, plus a fit hint (runs small / true to size / relaxed). If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for outerwear and true to size for knitwear. Full measurements live in our Sizing Guide.
Yes. Most outerwear is available from XS through XXL. If your size is out of stock, join the waitlist on the product page and we'll email you the moment it returns.
Our natural fabrics are pre-shrunk at the mill. Follow the care label — most pieces are dry clean only or machine wash cold and hang dry. Avoid tumble drying on anything wool or cotton.
Start a free exchange from your account within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid label and ship your replacement size as soon as the original reaches us.

Orders & payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Verve and bank transfer. Pay on delivery is available in Lagos only. All card payments are processed through a PCI-compliant gateway.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing help@nova.ng with your order number. After dispatch, use the returns process instead.
Yes — add a note at checkout and we'll wrap your piece in recycled tissue and a IG Divine card. Gift wrapping is free.
Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, email help@nova.ng with the email address you used and we'll re-send it within an hour.

Shipping & delivery

Lagos: 1–2 working days on Express, 3–5 on Standard. Abuja and Port Harcourt: 2–3 working days. Other cities: 3–5 working days. See the Shipping section above for full details.
Standard delivery is free on all orders over ₦50,000. Orders below that are charged ₦3,500. Express delivery is ₦6,500 and available in Lagos only.
Yes — Store Pickup is available at our Lagos flagship and is free. Your order will be ready within 24 hours of placement, and we'll email you when it's ready to collect.
Not yet. We currently deliver across all 36 states in Nigeria and the FCT. International shipping is on our roadmap for 2027.

Returns & refunds

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and have its original tags attached.
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. You'll receive an email when it's issued.
Yes — returns and size exchanges are free within Nigeria. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label when you start your return.
Final-sale items are non-returnable unless faulty. This is marked clearly on the product page and at checkout.
